Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

This is my first time doing a strength training class and Sam (trainer/owner) guided me through all the movements to make sure I was safe and maximized my workout. The gym is located in Unit 35 towards the end of the hallway. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and we did 4 stations with different weight lift and band exercises. There was a point when someone requested to adjust the intensity of an exercise and Sam was more than happy to give an alternative which was really nice. It’s a smaller gym so I was able to get more teaching time from Sam which I appreciated. I would come back again!
