    This class was great. You could take up or down a notch depending on your energy. Although there was a lot going on in the class it wasn’t chaotic. So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

    Tina explained and demonstrated all the moves in the reformer and made it really easy to follow along. She made some small adjustments to students, but may not catch all the issues with form. I would say her class felt like a true beginner class, best for someone who has never done reformer before.

    Loved this class! Such a good sweat. The instructor gave good cues and modifications throughout. It’s a more chill pace than a HIIT class, but still excellent cardio. Barre is like Pilates in the sense that it’s totally what you make it- I’ve seen some reviews about the class not being challenging which just seems to mean to me that the person isn’t following the instructors cues. I feel like there’s always some way to work harder, even if you’re at a more advanced level. Highly recommend any class with Alyson!

    Alison is a fantastic instructor with great energy and encouragement. The class isn’t for me though - I struggled to make it through without feeling pain in my feet. That being said - the rest of the class seemed to be very much into the music and momentum so I’d recommend her class for anyone looking for a high energy workout.

    Rope Wall Yoga

    It was my first time trying and the instructor made my feel welcomed, safe and comfortable. I did reversed table top and inversion for the first time ever (with some help) which was so exciting and encouraging! The classroom and the gym in general is clean, spacious and filled with natural lights, unlike most other gyms I’ve visited. If I didn’t have a gym membership already I’d sign up right away.

    I loved this class! Hanz was the instructor - he had amazing energy, asked about injuries & did form corrections throughout the class. The entire vibe of the studio was so welcoming and inclusive. Plus the workout was genuinely tough - can confirm it's the next day and I am sore. I can't wait to come back!

    This class was intense but in a good way. The instructor was great, and was really helpful with providing gentle corrections to ensure safety and also to enhance the burn. I was sweating like crazy by the end of it. You can also tell that the regular class attendees have a real sense of pride in the class and their space. It seems like a great community.

    It was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
