    Beginner Jazz

I loved the pace, the instructor was subbing for Sean but she was so kind and clear with her instruction. She corrected my movement so by the end I really understood the choreography and was “performing”. I’m used to the style so I only recommend their beginner classes if you’ve had some experience with the style. It’s not for brand new beginners that haven’t done some dance before.

    Daytime Aerial 1

I had an amazing first class trying out aerial. Instructor Mac was great and really attentive. Made the class less intimidating. Didn’t realize why they had ginger candy all around because you’re upside down 80% of the time! Felt a little lightheaded after so I would suggest not doing this before work or anything important. Would definitely want to try it again though!

    Absolute Beginner Ballet (Studio 4)

This was so incredibly amazing. I was super intimates going in because I have never done ballet before and have no knowledge of it whatsoever but the teacher was so attentive, clear, informing, and just all around so great. The class was small which made it so that the teacher could really focus on all of us. It was super welcoming. I will say, when I first entered the building I thought I was in the wrong place and I wasn’t sure where to go. Clearer instructions of what studio to go to I think would be beneficial.

    Adult Dance Cardio

I absolutely loved this class, especially since it was beginner friendly. This was my first class I tried through class pass, and it was well worth the experience. Andrea is lovely, and her instructions were easy to follow, and the best part she made working out is enjoyable.

DANCE FIT - By Chantal Drolet

This class was entertaining/cute. Go in with an open mind & don’t expect it to be like the underground dance studio 👀 my mom would love this class. Lots of shimmying, jazz steps, everyone was really kind. I found myself smiling the whole time.
