I did reversed table top and inversion for the first time ever (with some help) which was so exciting and encouraging! The classroom and the gym in general is clean, spacious and filled with natural lights, unlike most other gyms I’ve visited. If I didn’t have a gym membership already I’d sign up right away.

She will look at you with a little smile which means she knows you are strong enough to go a little heavier and the next thing you know there are extra weights on your barbell or trap bar and you are lifting more than you ever thought possible. You will also learn correct form and receive personalized adjustments from her throughout class. All of this will leave you feeling not only stronger, but more knowledgeable too!
