see all reviewsI arrived around 06:20 and there were already quite a few students in class. There was just enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. This was my second class at TC and my first class with Heather. I enjoyed Breezy’s class previously for different reasons. For Heather’s class, I enjoyed the progression and also personally prefer the Hatha-ish approach. Everything felt good and just challenging enough. I also love that Heather brought in a vaja (i think?), incorporated kirtan into our savasana, and ended with aum. Good vibrations!
