The music was so good! (Lo-Fi playlist ofsome sort). I was still able to hear the instructor and the class wasn't completely full so it was very comfortable. Tania's voice was clear and her choice of moves flowed very well! Probably my favorite class at Pranify yet!

I recently took my first class at Sweat Circuit with Tracy, and I can't recommend it enough! Tracy's energy was absolutely infectious – from the moment class started, she kept everyone motivated and pushing through even the toughest circuits. Her enthusiasm and positive vibe made the workout not only effective but also fun! Whether you're new or experienced, you'll feel welcome and challenged in the best way. If you’re looking for a great workout with an amazing instructor, definitely try one of Tracy's classes. Highly recommend!

She gave many options that allowed me to pull back when I needed to without feeling judgement and try new challenging poses that I haven’t been offered before which was super fun! I loved the playlist and her queueing couldn’t have been better. You have to try a class with Morganne!

Linnea's candlelight Restore and Hatha classes are like what you'd find in LA - - a little bit elevated beyond the typical yoga in Seattle that's so focused on a hardcore workout.
