Danielle was great! I appreciate how she welcomes the new members and quickly orients them to the philosophy of the studio. She supports and encourages people to listen to their own bodies, saying “your body is your best feedback loop to tell you what’s right for you.” She’s good at keeping the energy up, and letting us know where we’re at in the workout. I appreciated that, as a new person.

I had a fantastic class with Julienne. It was so hard, but it was also very different from any other solidcore class I’ve taken. She did a great job mixing up exercises and keeping things from being too terribly long so that you can push through (ie: splitting up abs and obliques). I also appreciated that she’s one of the only coaches I can actually understand on her mic! Great class.

Super fun class! I was afraid it’d be hard, but the intro class was beginner friendly and included plenty of education about the equipment and moves. It was also such a good workout. I was shaking like a leaf all the way out the studio and am shaking even as I write this.

Beautiful studio! Love it! Loved this place when it was still Sanctuary. Think of wellness spa. This is it. Ellen’s class was a burner! I was dripping sweat by 3 minutes in or so. You can feel the burn. I had to shower after class from all that sweat plus, why not? It’s a beautiful bathroom shower— probably better than your bathroom and shower ;) — I had dinner plans right after class that’s why I showered and changed clothes.

Such a good workout. There was also only 4 people there which was nice. Really liked the instructor - she was so nice and helped me get all set up. I feel she was also the perfect amount of coaching vs talking nonstop the whole class. HIIT cycle was no joke and it does really feel like you’re training vs some of the other cycle classes I’ve been to.

Chris was really patient and helpful in answering my questions as a Pilates newbie with a chronic pain background. The studio is relatively small, with clearly defined areas and it seems at least two classes happening at the same time. Love the location for proximity to my crosstown commute (Fremont to Madrona). Overall, a positive experience and I’ll go back!

Nice instructor and clean studio but do not park in the parking garage even with validation is not free and the machine gets stuck. Barre

I really enjoy how Fremont Health Club is kind of janky. It's not like a modern studio with black walls & neon lights. Things often start late (including today's class) or are just a bit disorganized (instructor's tiny dog walking around). And it's cheap! I just love it. Barre was a good workout and with the classpass discount, you can't afford NOT to try it. I'm very glad to have such a gem of a gym in Fremont.
