As a beginner in dancing, I’ve taken classes at other studios where I don’t get to practice the moves that many times before jumping onto the next sets. That made it really hard for me to follow through the class. I’m so glad I tried out this new format Samantha taught. It made it so easy to follow and build up muscle memory that I totally remembered all the moves at the end of the class!     I really liked Celeste’s demeanor. I felt like she and the other students just leaving her class before mine, were all friendly and glad. Celeste has a happy way about her, which made the class feel open and doable for me. The workout itself was plenty of work for me as a newbie. She was great about helping me better position my poses while being attentive to the other student too. I also liked the space itself as it was very sunny and I appreciated that she had the windows open for fresh air. I will definitely return.

    This was my second class at Club Pilates at this location. (This was my 3rd Pilates class of all time, with one experience at a different studio.) I’m noticing one thing I like about CP is the reformer is more comfortable for my feet. There’s a lot more padding. As for the class, I felt I got some good stretches in and the other girls who attended had a good vibe.

    Loved this! Very approachable intro to the machine. I do a bit of mat Pilates and have done barre in the past so it felt familiar enough in terms of the form. Mia offered lots of modifications which was appreciated, I was able to modify to make some moves harder and others more challenging.
