see all reviewsAs someone who doesn't sweat easily, I was out of breath and dripping 5 mins into the class. Make sure to wear shorts and a tank, the heated room makes you work real hard! Burned over 400 calories by end of the class which is my personal best and I sweat buckets. So fun!!

see all reviewsVery nice and relaxing class to take at the end of a long week. It was my first time and Katie was very accommodating and I appreciated that there were always modifications that katie shared with each new move. The mats are pretty close to eachother but luckily I didn’t bump anyone so that was good 😂 I would come again!

see all reviewsThis was the best yoga class I have ever taken. I feel very lucky to have picked this timeslot and I will be coming back to Madeline‘s classes. It was very fun and different and had me wanting to do it again and again. I can’t wait to be here again. Also, the message that Madeline brought to class made me feel very happy and a little bit emotional in a good way because we are all very powerful inside ourselves.

see all reviewsAs a person who primarily does restorative/yin style classes, I have found that this studio has exceeded my expectations with instructors. I have spent years bouncing around various studios based on my instructor preferences for this style. I feel drawn to one instructor at one studio and another at another studio. But this studio has the most instructors in one place that I find my needs and preferences being served. Shawnte, Zara, Katrina, and Jay all have very different styles yet are equally exceptional at delivering a supportive and nourishing experience. It is apparent that they guide in the most authentic way for themselves and the diversity in my experiences while getting my needs met is unmatched. They show investment and presence throughout the practice and it spills into participants’ experience. Shawnte’s passion for sound healing and curating and experience has inspired me to evolve in my own personal exploration. I love that my week of practice is a blend of styles and experiences. 10+/10!!

Her playlists are always so good, the flow feels intentional, and she does an amazing job cueing movements so you feel challenged but still successful. I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and in a noticeably better mood (and SWEATY). Happy to have found such a great way to start my Sundays!

see all reviewsI love Lucy’s classes! I had hip surgery not long ago, and ever since surgery I try to attend 1 of Lucy’s classes a week. I’ve had no issues with pain and she always gives modification options on movements which I appreciate since my hips aren’t very flexible. I’ve done several classes at CorePower that are way too rushed and cardio driven, where you feel like you can never catch up and when you do, they are already onto the next movement, however Lucy is the perfect level of cardio and weight sculpting. She gives plenty of opportunity for breaks and less challenging movements to lower your heart rate throughout class. Highly recommend!
