Every single thing I did in that class was new to me, but it was all so easy to understand and Kellen’s coaching was so thorough and I felt like he was asking all the right questions trying to really understand what I want to get out of the workout. I really like that it’s not just a workout it’s basically a personal training session. I will for sure be coming back here and telling my friends about this place!

The high ceilings gave a nice eclectic industrial feel. The instructor was great, and I would definitely book again when I'm in the area.

The movements helped stretch parts of the body that are usually hard to target in regular workouts, especially the chest, and I felt noticeably more open and relaxed afterward. The instructor was also very attentive and would correct each person’s form based on their individual needs, which made the class feel very supportive and professional.
