I liked Natalie’s personality, she seemed genuine like nothing felt forced as far as her energy! You can tell she’s very seasoned & is just doing her thing, not trying to be like other studios. Studio was super clean and cute. I’m a personal trainer and group instructor myself, and I’ve been to many many classes/studios in this area and I liked this the vibe at this stu and this booty class, specifically was fire! The bikes are different from what I had seen before, simpler and with a display that gives you actual gear numbers (no more “half turn” vagueness). I think the arms section wasn’t particularly effective - too short to do anything. I’d prefer a class of just cycling. But overall I really enjoyed it and would come back.
