    I loved this class! It was the perfect mix of rowing & TRX bands. Alison is super friendly and a great instructor. The only thing I’d suggest is that the studio makes sure everyone uses the cubbies for their personal items since the person next to me had their stuff partially in my workout area & was frequently using their phone, which was a bit distracting. Otherwise, the studio and whole experience was great. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

    Best restore row class I’ve ever taken! The instructor is phenomenal and loved their playlist. However when doing the ground work it looks like a dog had been lying next to my rower and I was covered in dog hair which irritates my skin and allergies unfortunately. Love dogs and certainly don’t mind them around but a little cleanliness in the gym after would be ideal.

    Amazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

    I recently attended my first row class, and it was an incredible experience! Gianna, the instructor, is absolutely awesome, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to the session. The front desk receptionist also made a fantastic impression, warmly greeting us as soon as we arrived. The class itself was well-structured, with a great mix of rowing and core exercises that kept things engaging and challenging. Who knew going slow would be so much harder. it forced me to really connect with my form and rhythm and my entire core.
