The only thing I’d suggest is that the studio makes sure everyone uses the cubbies for their personal items since the person next to me had their stuff partially in my workout area & was frequently using their phone, which was a bit distracting. Otherwise, the studio and whole experience was great. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

I believe this was my first class with Krystal. She’s hyper and seems like a little fireball of chaotic energy but I love it and she makes for great entertainment while you’re gasping for breath.

The front desk receptionist also made a fantastic impression, warmly greeting us as soon as we arrived. The class itself was well-structured, with a great mix of rowing and core exercises that kept things engaging and challenging. Who knew going slow would be so much harder. it forced me to really connect with my form and rhythm and my entire core.
