    I feel like crying( and have a couple times) whenever I take this class. Kelsey is amazing and I feel so emotionally relieved when I’m here, especially as someone who struggles with mental health this environment relieves whatever is weighing on me that day.     This a great class for yoga beginners!!! If you’re a seasoned yogi, lower expectations and beware: you do not bring a mat/towel to this class… this is more of a stretching class than anything. The front staff is very friendly and welcoming. The instructor was great at providing modifications. It was environment that is very inclusive of all shapes & sizes. The heat is barely noticeable, around maybe 80-85 degrees. Great class for anybody who feels out of shape, is recovering from an injury, recently had a baby, or is just looking for a low impact way to ease back into full body movements.

She makes the effort to greet me each time, which I do appreciate.     Class and instructor was great. I can’t really tell the difference between this version and the candle lit version. This class was less hot compared to candle lit but not sure if that was intentional or due to fewer people in class today. The way the instructor does the class is different from the other instructor too. In this class I think we held the poses longer and the music was different. I love both so try both and see which one you like more!

    Rumble is a beautiful facility. The studio is spacious and their bathroom is amazing with all the amenities including towels, lotion the whole nine yards to freshen up after class. Plenty of free street parking around the area and there is free 2 hour lot called Coral parking too. Class itself is a great workout. The reviewers are not kidding when they say the music is loud so wear the earplugs they provide. Mason had great energy but wish he walked around the room checking on people more - there was a girl who clearly was extremely lost and I stepped in to help after the second round because I could tell she didn’t understand the punches.

The programming is creative so I don’t get bored; it’s paced so I don’t feel rushed and can focus on my form and moving with intention; and it’s the right amount of challenging so I can ramp it up on days I’m feeling it or ramp it down on days my body is just barely hanging in there. There are all levels in the class, and Vicki offers modifications for every level and/or injury. She’s great with giving clear instructions, motivating the class, and watching everyone’s form to make sure we’re moving safely and effectively. She’s a personal trainer first, which comes through in her care for communicating safe techniques, pointers and cues throughout the class.

    This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!
