    I really like Jeffrey’s classes they are difficult but they build up well. His workouts are easy to recreate but the actual move really is so harddd. You will come out of that class with a juicier booty and rock hard abs. I also appreciate that he looks after everyone in the class and ensures you’re doing the movements correctly and have perfect form. He will offer to adjust you, which I found is super important for a good quality workout!

    It was a great class. It's definitely intense but worth it! The instructor was super helpful, offering modifications for beginners like. She answered my questions after class and was super motivating. Will come back!

    Being new to Lagree, I’ve found my new favourite instructor! She explains each exercise thoroughly and makes sure people get into it safely. Great energy and music. I couldn’t stop shaking, but I will be back.

    The Frame

    Nicole is a great instructor with really calm yet motivating energy. She is able to clearly communicate instructions in a way that is easy to understand and follow despite quick movements from position to position during the class. She has a great blend of encouragement to challenge you but also acknowledging/respecting where you’re at/your own limitations. I wish she offered more morning classes! Overall, a great studio.
