This class was great. You could take up or down a notch depending on your energy. Although there was a lot going on in the class it wasn’t chaotic. So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

I really wish this studio wasn’t closing but alas. Beautiful class in a cozy room and the instructor Liz was super informative and calming and helpful with explaining the poses/flow.. I needed a slower paced class and this delivered the healing that I was looking for. The lights were off for our Savasanah and it was lovely being with others in the darkness in our most relaxed state at the end of a class like that. Thank you! 🙏🙏

Clean and modern facilities with ample space between the designated spots in the studio. I’m fairly tall and didn’t feel cramped even with a full class. Restorative Reformer class with Nina was the best first time experience for a workout in any studio I've tried. Beginners would enjoy Nina's restorative class to get to know and be comfortable with the machine. The receptionist was sweet and patiently showed me their space, she also informed the instructor it was my first reformer class. They made sure to show me the adjustments I would need to change on the machine before class started. Body Harmonics felt closer to a physio clinic rather than a boutique type studio.

DJ absolutely crushed it. This was such a great class, he began with the philosophy of permissive flow and made it very clear that he is a there to provide instruction but we should let our bodies guide our movement. This went at a very good pace and everyone was WORKED regardless of experience or fitness. He frequently checked in with the group and all around brought amazing energy. And then individually acknowledged everyone at the end of the class. The whole experience was wonderful and empowering, 12/10 would recommend.
