    Daytime Pole Beginner 1

Super fun and unique experience to tap into your inner woman! It was my first time in a pole class and Helen lead us confidently through 3 different moves but in a low pressure manner. Studio is clean and spacious and has clothes and shoes for sale. I would definitely return!

Maryna is an incredible instructor! I’ve taken pole classes elsewhere, but her approach stands out. Shes really good at explaining each trick and keeps an eye out to correct your form and body positions! She also gave me some safety tips, along with targeted exercises to strengthen areas where I need it most.

Circus Prep All Levels Adult Class EAST END

Nico is an absolute angel! We had a smaller class so he went through some basic building blocks with silks and a good stretch beforehand and after, and was really intuitive about what to show us. GOOD TO KNOW FOR ATTENDEES: I would definitely recommend that people have a basic upper body strength (can do a pull up) and have leg and hip mobility (can easily lift your knee to and above hip height) for this class, even though it says beginner it is to your (and the instructor and rest of the class)'s benefit if you have that basic strength. ALSO if you're brand new to this, go in expecting to struggle, it's part of the fun!

    Beginner Aerial Hammock

Tracy was great! Clear instructions and encouraging, patient with good humour. Also hands-on to help everyone and made the class interesting for all levels of students (complete beginner to intermediate). Very clean, cute, and neat space in a new studio!
