see all reviewsI loved this class. It had such a great flow and it was great for all levels. Jodi was a great calming teacher and I loved her guidance of the class. I loved that it was a completely silent room once you go in. Great shower area and great location if you want a walk around green lake after. Overall peaceful but refreshing and awesome!

see all reviewsSweaty challenging class! Super burn workout, but easy modification can be made to accommodate your level. Anytime movements are done with a band or weight, you could opt to not use the prompt but still get an excellent burn especially if you are a beginner like me.
Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of class, late entry is not permitted…Power Vinyasa + Sound Bath
see all reviewsI’m not trying to hurt anybody’s career or hurt any studio so I would not ever leave less than five stars but I would say this class is not titled correctly. It is not a power Vinyasa class plus sound bath. It is a qi jong class with a few downward dogs, and the last five minutes there is very loud New Age music being played which unfortunately drowned out the one lovely crystal singing bowl. I am sure the teacher is a master at what she does, but I was expecting a yoga class. Also, it was very hard for me to get over her first comment in one of the first poses when she said “ if you are a lady with wider hips, you might step your feet further apart”. I would really encourage non-gendered language, as well as avoiding language where there is the judgment of what is “wider” (and wider than who?) — there are many more ways to convey information that are non-harming. awesome thing about the studio is that they sell tall grass, bakery scones!

see all reviewsLove Molly! She’s an amazing instructor!!!! But I’m not sure the purpose of the new assigned mats system. It penalizes Classpass users because we can’t choose mats when we sign up. Also, a mat that I wanted was taken, but the person never showed up, so the mat was just empty the whole time. This has happened more than once already

Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. The class was led by Amanda, who is congenial and kind and gave clear cues and provided accessible options. The format of the session flowed organically, and it was easy to follow along with the guided meditation. There were times to reflect internally, including journaling, and with each other. There were four students in the class, and it felt really cozy and intimate. There was a beautiful opportunity to feel supported in community at the end of the session. Rest and Reflect definitely lived up to the name!
