see all reviewsLove Molly! She’s an amazing instructor!!!! But I’m not sure the purpose of the new assigned mats system. It penalizes Classpass users because we can’t choose mats when we sign up. Also, a mat that I wanted was taken, but the person never showed up, so the mat was just empty the whole time. This has happened more than once already

It was very fun and different and had me wanting to do it again and again. I can’t wait to be here again. Also, the message that Madeline brought to class made me feel very happy and a little bit emotional in a good way because we are all very powerful inside ourselves.

Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. see all reviewsAs a person who primarily does restorative/yin style classes, I have found that this studio has exceeded my expectations with instructors. I have spent years bouncing around various studios based on my instructor preferences for this style. I feel drawn to one instructor at one studio and another at another studio. But this studio has the most instructors in one place that I find my needs and preferences being served. Shawnte, Zara, Katrina, and Jay all have very different styles yet are equally exceptional at delivering a supportive and nourishing experience. It is apparent that they guide in the most authentic way for themselves and the diversity in my experiences while getting my needs met is unmatched. They show investment and presence throughout the practice and it spills into participants’ experience. Shawnte’s passion for sound healing and curating and experience has inspired me to evolve in my own personal exploration. I love that my week of practice is a blend of styles and experiences. 10+/10!!

see all reviewsI love Lucy’s classes! I had hip surgery not long ago, and ever since surgery I try to attend 1 of Lucy’s classes a week. I’ve had no issues with pain and she always gives modification options on movements which I appreciate since my hips aren’t very flexible. I’ve done several classes at CorePower that are way too rushed and cardio driven, where you feel like you can never catch up and when you do, they are already onto the next movement, however Lucy is the perfect level of cardio and weight sculpting. She gives plenty of opportunity for breaks and less challenging movements to lower your heart rate throughout class. Highly recommend!

The class was led by Amanda, who is congenial and kind and gave clear cues and provided accessible options. The format of the session flowed organically, and it was easy to follow along with the guided meditation. There were times to reflect internally, including journaling, and with each other. There were four students in the class, and it felt really cozy and intimate. There was a beautiful opportunity to feel supported in community at the end of the session. Rest and Reflect definitely lived up to the name!
