This was a true restorative yoga class which was wholeheartedly appreciated. No downward dogs, just pure stretching, breathing and relaxation. I loved the fuzzy bolsters and positive energy. Instructor was great, just the perfect amount of talking.

    TC Vinyasa

I arrived around 06:20 and there were already quite a few students in class. There was just enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. This was my second class at TC and my first class with Heather. I enjoyed Breezy’s class previously for different reasons. For Heather’s class, I enjoyed the progression and also personally prefer the Hatha-ish approach. Everything felt good and just challenging enough. I also love that Heather brought in a vaja (i think?), incorporated kirtan into our savasana, and ended with aum. Good vibrations!

Loved the class. The ambiance was nice and dark to set you in a calming mood. The instructor did a great job leading the class and then walking around to correct form if needed. But also let you know that if you didn’t want to be touched you wouldn’t be. The room is warm and I was sweating but the cold towel in the end felt so good.

SUCH a great zen class!! i appreciate how focused she is on body sensations, it was helpful to know where I should be feeling pinches, stretches, etc. It was a little warm in the studio, but the instructor turned that into something positive by setting a shared intention to *melt.* Totally reframed how I approached my practice today, and changed it for the better !!
