Ben was great! The lights, soft music, and essential oils at the end were very relaxing. This class has a bit more flow than some other restorative classes, but got a great stretch and feel very relaxed. Great instructor vibes

Beautiful studio. Dikla is a great teacher with a silly and fun spirit and a soothing calming voice. She did a great job giving kind encouraging corrections and excellent guidance throughout the class. If you have never done ashtanga, it’s a must try for any experienced yogi. Would highly recommend.

What an incredible way to start a Saturday! I loved how this class gently eased us into each pose. Adi encouraged us to swing and sway between positions, helping to further warm up our bodies before settling into each posture. The experience felt thoughtful and connected to the world at large—inviting and nourishing. I hope to return again soon!

    Rise & Grind

I don’t think there’s a way for class passers to enter this gym in the morning since the front desk isn’t staffed before 9a, but I just waited outside in the cold until a nice member let me in. Then, I had no clue where to go. But I saw the instructor walk in (I saw his picture with name on the wall so knew it was him) and followed. The room for rise and grind is to the left. The gym is basic. The actual class was good. We did 4 x 10 of shoulder press & lateral raise, then 4x10 of RDL & rows, then squats & overhead triceps and core. I could have done a similar workout as open gym but really did appreciate the instructor’s personal attention and feedback. He called the group out a bit on the core section and made us repeat some reps - I love that kind of accountability and thought it pushed me harder, but I’ve read enough ClassPass reviews to know some people get really sensitive with that.
