As a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction—he was supportive, knowledgeable, and kept me motivated the whole time. His calm and encouraging approach made me feel confident and excited to keep going. Part of the reason I gravitate to TH versus the million other classes in NYC is bc of their team of great coaches like Zack, who is just motivating, funny, and obviously an experienced athlete and mentor. If you’re a newcomer I’d also suggest him as one of the best choices to try first because he is consistent, literally every time, at clearly explaining instructions on each activity and physically demonstrating movements.
