see all reviewsI don’t come regularly but every time I make it to class it’s always motivating and fun and 45 minutes though brutal at times go by very fast. If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.

She is so encouraging and attentive. She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace. I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.
