I only wish there was a modification offered for the ab section, which I struggled with a bit. Overall, I learned what I need to work on and got some great tips to improve my form.     I did not expect to work up a sweat but to my surprise it happened! This class was tough! I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.
