Also, being on the extreme picky side, we work up into a very slight sweat. Which I like. When it’s time for shavasana, the air is turned on. Some might like that, but I get so cold because I’m slightly sweaty then the air is jarringly cold and loud. The actual flow and instruction are great. 5 stars.

I got there about 10 minutes early and Erin walked me through how to use the machine - definitely a must if you’ve never done this kind of Pilates before. The class is very fast-paced, but Erin did a really good job of explaining where you should be feeling each exercise…she even came by and gave me further instructions when she saw me struggling! There are also a lot of veterans in the class to watch from which speaks to the quality of the workout. All-in-all, the class was a great recommendation from ClassPass and set the bar pretty high! I will definitely be looking into a membership!

see all reviewsSecond time coming here was a way better experience thanks to Angela. Her sequencing was great so the workout had a nice flow to it. It really depends on your instructor because the first time I went, I didn’t have Angela and the person was not very welcoming and her sequencing was all over the place. Luckily I had already done lagree at another studio so I had a baseline on what to expect and didn’t need to go over the machine again. If I were a beginner I would not have enjoyed my first experience with the other instructor. Just a heads up if it is your first time you MUST arrive early because I saw someone get turned away for showing up at the start of class. TL;DR Angela was great, can’t comment on the others. Arrive early :)

The facility is gorgeous and the teacher was seriously soooo nice and welcoming! She was great at explaining form in a way that made sense so I could adjust. see all reviewsI finally found a Pilates strength class near my workplace. After discovering this new class on classpass, I decided to give it a shot. I showed up at 9:30am for my session with Jules. The one-on-one experience was fantastic, and I am extremely thankful for stumbling upon this class. The session is structured with 30 minutes of strength training using top-notch equipment and emphasizing proper form, followed by 30 minutes of Pilates. Jules, my trainer, provided valuable guidance on form and offered excellent tips. The main objective here is to offer a variety of class options while prioritizing small groups to ensure individual attention from the trainer. Location is a little tricky, it's on the west end corner of building. Overall I didn't want the class to end! I would have liked it if we had more or extra time for Pilates.
