I got there about 10 minutes early and Erin walked me through how to use the machine - definitely a must if you’ve never done this kind of Pilates before. The class is very fast-paced, but Erin did a really good job of explaining where you should be feeling each exercise…she even came by and gave me further instructions when she saw me struggling! There are also a lot of veterans in the class to watch from which speaks to the quality of the workout. All-in-all, the class was a great recommendation from ClassPass and set the bar pretty high! I will definitely be looking into a membership!

see all reviewsI love Jessica’s classes because I always feel sorry for (in a good way!) afterwards. She pushes you just enough where it’s not overwhelming but you definitely feel the effects. I also appreciate her coming by to correct my form.

see all reviewsI’ll admit. I was a bit worried about the grip socks and parking reading others’ reviews but everything was smooth sailing for my first time, fortunately. Parking is complimentary on the second floors of the arrive parking garage and if you bring your own grip socks you won’t have to purchase at the studio. Kiersten (apologies in advance if I misspelled your name!) welcomed me and did a brief tour of the studio. Tiffany’s class kicked my butt in a good way and she was very encouraging while making sure everyone had the correct form. The machine itself is a bit confusing for a new person (aka me) but I think after a couple of classes anyone will easily adapt to the instructor’s cues. Good vibes, good energy. Thanks a ton!

see all reviewsSecond time coming here was a way better experience thanks to Angela. Her sequencing was great so the workout had a nice flow to it. It really depends on your instructor because the first time I went, I didn’t have Angela and the person was not very welcoming and her sequencing was all over the place. Luckily I had already done lagree at another studio so I had a baseline on what to expect and didn’t need to go over the machine again. If I were a beginner I would not have enjoyed my first experience with the other instructor. Just a heads up if it is your first time you MUST arrive early because I saw someone get turned away for showing up at the start of class. TL;DR Angela was great, can’t comment on the others. Arrive early :)
