see all reviewsSarah immediately made me feel welcome by introducing herself and taking the time to chat with me before class. She asked whether I had attended the YMCA before or taken a Zumba class, and when she learned I was new to both, she offered helpful tips, instructions, and encouragement that helped me feel comfortable jumping right in. Her vibrant personality somehow outshined even her colorful outfit—which I absolutely loved! The choreography moved at a moderate-to-fast pace, but thankfully my years of dance experience helped me keep up with most of it. The music was upbeat, the energy was contagious, and the hour flew by. I knew it was a great class because I left both sweating and smiling. At one point, it even seemed like the birds outside the window had stopped to watch the fun! 🤭🐦⬛💃 I left sweaty, smiling, and already looking forward to the next class—which is pretty much the highest compliment I can give a workout. 💃 ::
