Karina’s class was like taking a bubble bath. Relaxing. Just what you need after a long week. I really appreciated her teaching style - explaining all options to make the stretch more challenging if need be, and taking time through the movements. It’s great for beginners or those looking to recharge after their high intensity week. I will definitely be back!

Ace is so welcoming and he ensures you have a good time. I burned 500+ calories in that class and I was so thrilled! Left feeling great and energetic.
