    This studio offers a TRUE beginner class and it’s so good! I got a great workout without feeling lost or overwhelmed; but, while also learning. Moriah was phenomenal at giving clear instructions, checking our form and providing help when needed. Everyone in class had a different fitness level - she was patient with each of us. I will definitely return to take her other classes.
