see all reviewsThis class was fun, there are three exercises per station and three stations in total and it’s 45 seconds of work time and 15 seconds in between each and you go through each exercise three times before you switch stations. Jackie, the instructor, was high energy and very encouraging and I feel like I got a really good workout and my only silly complaint is that the room is kind of cold which I know for some people it might not have been though! I’m definitely going back and trying a different one of their classes soon!
