The choreography moved at a moderate-to-fast pace, but thankfully my years of dance experience helped me keep up with most of it. The music was upbeat, the energy was contagious, and the hour flew by. I knew it was a great class because I left both sweating and smiling. The music was a “Guitar spa” so it sounded like acoustic guitar which was relaxing. She offered modifications and advancements for each pose to suit everyone’s level.
