see all reviewsI absolutely love this class! Every week I keep improving my poses and how long I hold them and it’s what keeps driving me back to the class! Kellie really makes me feel comfortable in how far I take each pose and gives me the courage to try a little more or a little less depending on how my body is feeling. I would absolutely recommend this class.

I was extremely exhausted coming to class today but this class made me feel more energized. Love how the end of class Sophia sang and played notes from a piano looking thing. It was very meditative and soothing to the nervous system.

see all reviewsMay Mei is a great teacher. Arise opened a new studio room downstairs and it's definitely different than their one upstairs with windows and plant... it gives polished dungeon vibes and unfortunately there's tons of columns that obstruct the view to the teacher. In Iyengar we use the walls often - and there are brick walls or candles on the regular walls... I hope Arise considers this
