It was my first time I wish I could give it 10 stars the service and the Personal experience that she gave to each, and every one of us made the experience even that much more amazing! see all reviewsGood beginner yoga classes. The instructor’s explanations and queuing were great. A little too many people were attending the class, for my liking. However it was a Sunday at the beginning of the year. I imagine it will thin out a bit as time goes by.

see all reviewsStaff was super nice as is the studio itself, class was high energy and had a nice range of moves. There was a good amount of people in class but there was enough space to not feel like you were hitting into one other. It didn’t feel too cliquey which is important to me. The instructor gave reminders on form often which I appreciate since personally get lazy and need them lol

see all reviewsTania’s “Somatic Sanctuary” class lived up to its name, the ambience she set was very relaxing and comforting. She instructed us through some yoga postures I’ve never done before that allowed me to open up my hips and IT bands which I really needed! Her dedication to the practice was evident and felt supportive. Thank you!

see all reviewsAmazing. As an avid yogi and yoga instructor myself I really appreciated the instructor’s emphasis on alignment and break down of the poses. I learned so much in this class. It is always a treat to attend classes at this gem of a studio. I live in east bay and no other studio there can compare to Nandi. Such a privilege to attend a class there when visiting the Peninsula!

see all reviewsInstructor loves to talk about aligning to planets. Good deeping cues. Cool LA guy. A bit hands on of adjustments without asking for permission. Suggestions 1. Opt out of adjustments at the start of class. 2. Breath posture cur is how most teach. You seem to teach cue cue cue. This might be confusing to some students as they don’t know where they’re going. 3. Videotape yourself during the first 10 minutes of your class. Notice when you’re asking for four breaths, how long it takes when you try to do it yourself and you’re not teaching. Personally, I found your breast extremely fast and was only able to get in one breath during your four breath, Q. I’m sure if I’m just off or not and videotaping would help you learn this a bit better rather than Assuming your patience is right. 4. I noticed a lot of wrist and elbow pain during your class. I do yoga every day with other teachers. I have not had this happen before. I also noticed two students in your class or commenting about the pain. Perhaps it is your sequence and the way that you are teaching it.

She wove a meditative narrative around flowing and water even incorporating water sounds from a fountain to waves. I left feeling calm and balanced. The studio is lovely and clean.
