Breath + Sound
see all reviewsThis was so zen. I loved the altar Natasha set up and pulled some tarot for myself as well as a card that said wellness. It felt very rooted and grounded in the things I’ve been working to be mindful of and paralleled by the breath work, sound bath and nidra through the body. I love the vibe of the studio and how it’s an entire collective dedicated to health, wellness and spirituality. I cannot wait to come back and try metal yoga!

I love that there is never any pressure and you get what you need. I always feel alignment is important in her classes. Also I always feel like I take away a nugget of something special mentally. A beautiful phrase, mantra. Something good for my soul! Thank Kaitlyn for a wonderful class today.

see all reviewsMeditative, precise, thoughtful. NY has its fair share of HIIT / workout classes disguised as yoga. This class brought me back to the root of yoga practice. Breath, asana, and going within. Thank you Julian for the incredibly challenging practice. For bringing my attention to where my body holds tension, for the minor adjustments, and guiding me to return to my breath. In breath “let”, out breath “go”. I’ll remember this beautiful practice.

You have to wait some time as some are not considerate. I would come prepared to shower at home instead!

I am more on the bendier side and I would have loved more challenging poses, but this was great for exploring classic poses and longer holds allowed to find more space and new angles within them. Perfect for a rest day! Shout out to our teacher - a great guide! Fluid sequencing and her instructions were extremely clear even for a gal still learning French. Would come back.

She shared that this was her first time teaching in this time slot and as a result, ran into a couple technical issues (e.g., not able to play music), but it would not have been noticeable if she didn’t mention it! Overall a very thoughtful and intentionally built class. For me personally, I prefer a few more props than we were directed to use, but I think the class was fairly accessible for all!

This studio is so perfectly located, beautiful and honestly has all the best instructors in Sonoma county…and I’ve been to nearly all of them in the area lately. I’m so thankful to have access to Grace Yoga and the community here. Hediyeh is amazing and has the time to give individual attention and corrections during this early morning class. She is also a wonderful Pilates instructor and I’ve taken several of her other classes. I felt like I got so much out of this class. I usually take strong flow or power flow vinyasa classes but it’s so important slow down sometimes to focus on breath and careful alignment. 100% worth getting up for. I’d skip reformer Pilates for this.

see all reviewsThis was an amazing experience! Everything — the sound, the place, the atmosphere, and the people — was made for pure relaxation. The session was performed by two very sweet guys who played so many beautiful instruments, sometimes together and sometimes one after another. They prepared everything for us: a very soft mat, a bolster for legs, plus an eye mask and a blanket. Such a cozy touch! 😍 I came to the class carrying bad energy after something upsetting happened right before it, but I left feeling completely calm and relaxed. During the session I realized how much I had been rushing and holding tension all week. After class, I decided to treat myself to a nice dinner, a cocktail, and even a new perfume — why not? Being a mom to a 16-month-old baby is not always easy, so moments like this truly matter. This class is officially becoming part of my weekly routine. Thank you 💜

She maintained a nice, slow, steady pace and a smooth flow from start to finish. At times she participated in the workout alongside us, so there was less hands-on correction around the room—but overall it was still a really enjoyable class. The space is very open with light, calming music, and I loved that there were no mirrors—it really allowed you to connect more deeply to your body awareness and proprioception.
