see all reviewsI don't even know where to begin with this review. when I started my yoga journey I was very intimidated and scared to attend a class. I remember one morning going in Lucie's class in Mimi's at Wynwood and I felt at ease. Like I could practice with someone who who pushed me, but in gentle way. That yes I could do hard things under this heat lol. she's always so sweet to everyone on and off the mat she's a lovely person. It feels like just yesterday I started this scary yoga journey and here I am strong and always pushing myself a little more because of people like Lucie. I'll miss her tons, but excited to see when she's back to take her classes. Love her and classes so much. 🧘♀️ 💙

see all reviewsErin is incredible when she teaches. Every breath has purpose and every movement matters. Her Hot & Gentle class was the perfect start to the 4th of July weekend. One takeaway that i will always remember, she said “It’s Yoga practice not Yoga perfect” and as a perfectionist- that made an impact on me. It brought awareness and changed my perspective on things in a great way for my healing journey.

The studio was spacious and clean, and kept at around 90 degrees. The class was calming and rejuvenating, thanks to Brittany’s peaceful and relaxed demeanor and approach to teaching class which felt comforting and involved intentional guidance. see all reviewsAs someone who takes a billion classes and teaches myself, I was impressed with this instructor! I love that she took the time before class knowing I was "new" to the studio to 1.) personally introduce herself 2.) give a clear explanation of what class would be like 3.) recommend best spots in the room if you like/dislike the heat. I am a fitness professional myself and I see so many instructors miss this opportunity to connect & create a great class experience for new people in the room. She also intentionally remembered by name to call out during class (which seems nominal), but is easier said than done in a room full of 30+ people while you're also remembering your class plan.
