On oublie tout pendant 45min, et c’est très surprenant parce qu’on se connecte vraiment à notre corps à travers les mouvements et la musique, un peu comme dans un cours de yoga, avec des moments de connexion presque « ritualisés ». C’est une approche très intéressante que je n’avais encore jamais rencontrée et que j’ai beaucoup appréciée !
