Love his sessions always. He’s a unique instructor, with the knowledge of the body that’s better than most. He also instructs clearly how to breathe with every movement. He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. This was such a great class, he began with the philosophy of permissive flow and made it very clear that he is a there to provide instruction but we should let our bodies guide our movement.
