Great class to target booty. Excellent sequence of exercises. Not a fan of the dry ice. Instructions can be difficult to follow with loud music, club lights. Amazing facilities to use - shower, change room, towels, toiletries.

Evan made the best of a very hot (no AC) class! 5 stars to everyone trying to cool us down with the cold towels. Would have been nice to get a heads up from Spin Co, since they said the issue was resolved Saturday but it wasn’t today (Sunday)

Absolutely LOVED this class! I cannot believe I haven’t taken a Justin class before. So sad to hear he’s leaving the 6:30am slot :( only thing is I wish whatever side/leg he was cuing was a bit clearer - one can figure out it but may be helpful to do that just for beginners! :) thanks again Justin!

I can’t say enough good things about this class and specifically Riley as an instructor. You will want to come back again and again from the amazingly kind and motivational energy that she brings. 100/10 this class doesn’t even feel like a workout because it’s so fun and time flies!

I really enjoyed Jordan’s class! I liked how this session focused on more heavy resistance rather than a faster pace. The overall structure of the class was great. Our class was a bit smaller but I enjoyed it, as it was less cramped.

Oh. My. Goodness. What a positive experience from the moment I stepped into this studio. Everyone was so kind and made sure I was set up for success with my bike and had all the info I needed. This class was definitely tough but Chad was so positive and an incredible instructor. Everything was flexible and meant to meet you where you are in your spin journey. This class was very accessible and good for beginners. Katherine has good energy and explains things well. I wish there had been more options for making it more challenging, but I could have done that with heaviest weights if I had picked them. I would definitely go again.

Alison is a fantastic instructor with great energy and encouragement. The class isn’t for me though - I struggled to make it through without feeling pain in my feet. That being said - the rest of the class seemed to be very much into the music and momentum so I’d recommend her class for anyone looking for a high energy workout.

Dana always brings soooo much energy and fun. Great workout, sweaty and happy. My only minor critique is that she asks people to sing to songs that I don't know. Older songs and sometimes known bands but lesser known songs OR well known songs but notoriously difficult notes, like Alicia Keys lol. But you can still just ride and enjoy. I've been to so many classes that I know the song "In the name of love" by U2 that I actually really like it now.
