Power Vinyasa Flow
see all reviewsKelley is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had. She creates a flow that is a dance to the music, lights. She started off slow intentionally slow so by the climax we could get into postures that were so challenging. This was one of my favorite classes ever. I highly highly recommend Kelley!

see all reviewsGreat class, good flow, very easy to understand instructions. We moved fast enough to get a good sweat going but not so fast that I felt like I was playing Simon Says or anything. Also, this was a heated class, but reasonable, thank God because sometimes these studios are hot enough to melt your soul like a stick of butter on Georgia asphalt. Let's be reasonable for Christ's sake we're already working up a sweat, no need to broil us into yogi jerky!

see all reviewsI'm rating the experience as five stars because I'm new to the studio, love what they are doing and want to support it. This class however, for me, was probably closer to a three. I enjoyed the Instructor's devotion and attention to detail, however, while the sequencing was creative and mostly enjoyable, there are two important things that I would change to be able to enjoy the class. The pacing for that flow was simply too rapid during the "breath to movement" part. I've had an ashtanga practice and taught power yoga in the past, I understand wanting to build fire, but it really was just absolutely too fast to responsibly land in this specific series of moves. Most specifically, the transition into twisted crescent, went way too fast a few times. I felt the effects in my rib cage and QL later (in an asymmetrical strange sort of way, and not a good workout sore sort of way). Thankfully, I'm mostly recovered today, but I would really encourage the instructor to rethink that part of the sequencing to give a full breath to move in and out of that pose, and also to not go so rapid fire in the fastest part of breath to movement. I realize this is personal preference and I could choose not to take the class again if it's working well for everyone else, but also, I think sometimes people don't realize what isn't working because they assume it's them that has the issue when they can't keep up and fully get into a posture.

see all reviewsLove that you can get several exercises done that would take a while at a regular gym due to having to wait for those machines to all be available. However several stations take a while to set up and it would be helpful to have a little more time in each station. I think the warm up could be cut to 10 instead of 15 min to allow more time in each station. Also would be helpful if the instructor made herself available to help with loading weights on some machines that already require a while to set up.
