She started off slow intentionally slow so by the climax we could get into postures that were so challenging. This was one of my favorite classes ever. I highly highly recommend Kelley!

see all reviewsGreat class, good flow, very easy to understand instructions. We moved fast enough to get a good sweat going but not so fast that I felt like I was playing Simon Says or anything. Also, this was a heated class, but reasonable, thank God because sometimes these studios are hot enough to melt your soul like a stick of butter on Georgia asphalt. Let's be reasonable for Christ's sake we're already working up a sweat, no need to broil us into yogi jerky!

see all reviewsI'm rating the experience as five stars because I'm new to the studio, love what they are doing and want to support it. This class however, for me, was probably closer to a three. I enjoyed the Instructor's devotion and attention to detail, however, while the sequencing was creative and mostly enjoyable, there are two important things that I would change to be able to enjoy the class. The pacing for that flow was simply too rapid during the "breath to movement" part. I've had an ashtanga practice and taught power yoga in the past, I understand wanting to build fire, but it really was just absolutely too fast to responsibly land in this specific series of moves. Most specifically, the transition into twisted crescent, went way too fast a few times. I felt the effects in my rib cage and QL later (in an asymmetrical strange sort of way, and not a good workout sore sort of way). Thankfully, I'm mostly recovered today, but I would really encourage the instructor to rethink that part of the sequencing to give a full breath to move in and out of that pose, and also to not go so rapid fire in the fastest part of breath to movement. I realize this is personal preference and I could choose not to take the class again if it's working well for everyone else, but also, I think sometimes people don't realize what isn't working because they assume it's them that has the issue when they can't keep up and fully get into a posture.

see all reviewsThe instructor was very sweet. Class is HARD and DRIPPING SWEAT HOT. I teach hot yoga elsewhere, and this room was no joke. Great for those who are seeking that good detox. I found it difficult to remain standing due to the cloud of heat in the upper part of the room, felt like my face was in on oven the entire time. Honestly just took it really easy and didn’t follow the whole set sequence, did my own thing during standing poses which was nice. Really appreciated the heat. But it could’ve been slightly cooler and more effective for staying with the sequence. My hands were pruny by the end. I would take this again for the detox, not necessarily for the workout.

Instructor didn’t want open the door because of the sunlight being so bright. The lack of air circulating gave me a migraine. Additionally there’s a water spot again in the far right corner in the front on the ceiling, toxic mold accumulates with these water damages. The area needs to be simply wiped out and the panel needs to be replaced. it’s been like this for a long time. Said kindly, it is time to replace it.

see all reviewsI always love Abigail’s workouts. 10/10 for her. I will say Indie as a whole has a few things that happen consistently which have contributed to me frequenting the studio less often. 1) lack of timeliness - they let people trickle in late which leads to class starting and ending late. 2) less common of an occurrence but the front desk people sometime vacuum, chat, etc during savasana which would be fine any other time of class while music is pumping but is disrupting during your final rest posture.

see all reviewsReally loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

The studio itself was super clean and spacious, plus there’s an ocean view when you walk out into the shopping center. Only downside was that parking was only free for an hour in the garage, so unless you are late or leave early you do have to pay but that’s not the studios fault.
