    Power Fusion 2- Candlelight

Loved the pace of this class. Just the right amount of challenge but at a pace where you can actually feel your body in each pose rather than rushing from pose to pose. A lot of the yoga class sequences at Asyteya feel too similar, but Melody has her own style of teaching which I really appreciated. Grounding and centering practice that was so satisfying, will definitely be back!

    Vinyasa Yoga with Brent

Brent’s teaching style is the perfect mix of thoughtful, competent, and mystical, with a dash of humor. His classes are not only challenging but spiritual in their own way. This is what yoga is.

    Strength for Pilates Bodies

This strength class at Om Baby was fantastic! Really good instruction at the beginning, explaining the exercises for each station in the circuit, and it felt pretty fast paced as we moved through, doing enough reps to feel fatigued but not so many that you get bored. Jamie keeps an eye on each person and gives specific suggestions for improving form or adjusting weight. The music and instructor are fun and upbeat, and for the 7am class, she even provides cold brew coffee which was a nice surprise. My shoulders and arms are sore today, and I feel like I got more strength building out of this than other group training classes. FYI: the strength class is shoes on, and no mat needed.
