Modo Flow - 60 min
see all reviewsFun, challenging flows and fantastic teacher. Only thing I’d change if I could is I’d make the ‘active’ part of class 55 mins instead of 45 - felt like it was cut short.

see all reviewsAnne teaches a lovely yin yoga class. It was soothing and peaceful. Just what I enjoy before bed in a class. Her mindful practice includes a spoken journey which eases the mind and relaxes the body, while moving you through poses to open and heal. So thankful for her and this class.

see all reviewsAmazing class, great energy and popsicles at the end. Wow! So good. Two comments. It would have been great to have an instructor led cool down after a hard workout rather than being on our own. Also, I noticed several people on their phones in the class space before, after and even during the workout which I found super distracting.

see all reviewsIf anyone is debating coming to a pilates class, DO IT. Tenley is absolutely the best pilates instructor I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Never once have I felt judged by them or class attendees. It’s always a lovely energy, she makes sure to really connect with all of us who come in, and we even get to joke when things get tough (because you will shake). Just such a lovely safe space that I cannot recommend enough!!
