see all reviewsAnna was very clear in her directions. She also informed us of what area of our body we’re intending to target and the best adjustments to make to still get the most benefit. I appreciated this for movements that don’t require a full modification, but perhaps slight adjustment e.g. lowering my leg so I could keep it straighter rather than a higher bent leg. Overall great class, great instructor.

see all reviewsHonestly this gym far surpassed my expectations and I think I’ll probably sign up for a membership. They had a ton of equipment, every machine I can imagine. Tons of treadmills and stairmasters etc. They have multiple specialist rooms with really high end, specific equipment, and even a Sauna. I’m surprised other reviews didn’t mention that. Their membership is super affordable and they also have trainers in-house. Recommend checking it out, nothing to lose!
