see all reviewsWow, that was so much fun. The class was at 8 AM, but I felt like I was at the club having a party! Not only was Dollar really fun and had incredible music but the entire class and the vibe of the studio was great. He gave some options so that you can take it at your own pace if you need to. I felt like the 45 minutes flew by and can’t wait to be back.

She also was really good at breaking down the move so everyone could follow and it felt like her class was organized in a way so that each of the moves preceded each other in a logical fashion. I didn’t feel like I was scrambling to get from one moved to another so I was able to get a better workout in

There’s only 5 reformer machines so the instructor can really pay attention to your form and adjust you to make sure you’re getting in the right muscles and overall workout. Highly recommend checking this studio out!
