Instructor kept a great pace and positive tone for the class, and kept the energy up. Plus, great music! Loved working out with bodies of all shapes and sizes and faces of all ages and colors. <3 Everyone was having fun getting their work out in. Definitely making this one of my new spots!

see all reviewsI love that Kathy is very attentive, patient and kind. she knows how and when to push you physically and mentally. She creates the most welcoming space that at the end of class, all the stress and anxiety and heaviness that you carry with you is gone. I love even more that her classes are outdoors because nothing is more therapeutic than connecting with your body and mind while grounding yourself to the earth. Her classes also help with core strengthening that it's helped in other forms of physical training. You won't regret taking this class!

see all reviewsIt is VERY different from many other yoga studios that focus on poses and movement. This studio is the only studio I’ve learned the 8 limbs of yoga—movement being only one portion. I think it’s important to come to this studio knowing that because it might be off putting of just a bit surprising to go into the class thinking it’s it’s a movement sequence when it’s also deeply meditative and the other aspects of yoga are included. I will definitely be coming back to learn more about yoga ☺️🙏
