see all reviewsTasha is so awesome and thoughtful. I took my first ever yoga class with her and I couldn’t help but come back and implement it into my routine. This class is perfect for beginners and even if you do need a little break no one will judge. She provides so many modifications and the overall vibe of the studio is awesome.

see all reviewsThe classes here have all been great, my only complaint is that there’s like 0 airflow in this studio..I take many hot yoga/pilates/sculpt classes and for some reason this is the only studio I really struggle with feeling like it’s so hot I can’t breathe no matter what the intensity of the class. It’s a beautiful studio and the instructors/staff are all wonderful I just wish there was more airflow!

I’m definitely coming back love how hot it was but it wasn’t like I’ll pass out hot haha. The perfect heat to get a great sweat on. Thank you Gillian for sharing this practice with me and being so welcoming and inviting 💕 20/10 recommend !
