see all reviewsThis was my first time at Studio Soul and I was super impressed. I arrived 5 min late, the class had already start! Talk about timeliness! The host at the front desk was super nice about it (being as it was my first time) and allowed me to join the class. There was a locker decorated with a welcome for me which I thought was super sweet. The instructions were simple and Jim walked me through everything while class was being conducted. Once settled the class was super energetic, challenging and fun! This was my first time trying a cycling class and I have to say it’s a lot more enjoyable and involved than I originally thought. This first time WORE ME OUT + had my quads and cheeks 🍑 screaming 😭 (I think they make the seats uncomfortable to keep you up out of that saddle haha) BUT I’ll be back! 🤨

I appreciate Heidi's approach to her practice; you can tell she really respects the traditions of yoga and took the time to kindly and thoroughly educate me whenever I asked questions. She really knows what she's doing and I feel 100% comfortable in this space. The sound bath at the end is the cherry on top!
