see all reviewsBecause I’m a regular at Y7 studios across the city, I rarely write reviews (I just leave 5 star ratings on classpass each time…) but I HAD to leave a review for Nick. His class was truly so awesome. One of the best (if not the best) Y7 instructors I’ve had the pleasure of taking. The flows were hard and designed to get you sweating, but they also made you feel strong. Nick’s voice was so calming and he provided some awesome adjustments/modifications throughout class. Really such an awesome class. Thank you nick!!!

see all reviewsI absolutely *LOVED* her positive energy, and the safe, welcoming and inclusive space she created. The only thing that would have made the class a bit better for me would have been a genre of pop/ edm/ dance playlist, but that’s a personal preference. Teaching was really great with clear instructions, and recommended for all levels. Made my day.

see all reviewsI was so nervous to go because I thought the heat would be too much. It was the perfect amount of hot. It was beautiful dry heat that lent itself to the perfect conditions for warming up my muscles. The class was SO RELAXING AND ZEN. It was more of a mental workout than anything. I had to try hard to remain focused on being in the moment and pulling myself back when my thoughts ran away. The actual moves were slow and soft. I throughly enjoyed it and loved the instructor. I will definitely be back. This class is perfect for anyone who is interested in trying heated workouts.

see all reviewsI really liked the class itself and thought Andromeda did a great job especially at guiding us through the breathwork of each pose, which is something I don’t always know about as a beginner. She also made sure to correct us about the little details of poses, such as feet, hands, etc. The one thing I didn’t like was that basically as soon as the class was over people for the next class immediately came in, which really made me feel rushed to get my mat and things up. This is just a small nitpick though, others may not be bothered by it

I have so much fun in her profoundly challenging and yet weirdly accessible beginner class. It’s great for newbies or experienced students who want to really fine tune and enhance the integrity of their asanas. Her instructions are perfection. She recommends variations to accommodate people of varying strength and agility and shape. She makes yoga so fun. My mood is always improved for having taken her sublime class. The instructor is clearly very knowledgeable about biomechanics. He takes the time to explain the moves and what they’re supposed to achieve. Really appreciated this pedagogical aspect of the class!
