Because I’m a regular at Y7 studios across the city, I rarely write reviews (I just leave 5 star ratings on classpass each time…) but I HAD to leave a review for Nick. His class was truly so awesome. One of the best (if not the best) Y7 instructors I’ve had the pleasure of taking. The flows were hard and designed to get you sweating, but they also made you feel strong. Nick’s voice was so calming and he provided some awesome adjustments/modifications throughout class. Really such an awesome class. Thank you nick!!!

I absolutely *LOVED* her positive energy, and the safe, welcoming and inclusive space she created. The only thing that would have made the class a bit better for me would have been a genre of pop/ edm/ dance playlist, but that’s a personal preference. Teaching was really great with clear instructions, and recommended for all levels. Made my day.

I was so nervous to go because I thought the heat would be too much. It was the perfect amount of hot. It was beautiful dry heat that lent itself to the perfect conditions for warming up my muscles. The class was SO RELAXING AND ZEN. It was more of a mental workout than anything. I had to try hard to remain focused on being in the moment and pulling myself back when my thoughts ran away. The actual moves were slow and soft. I throughly enjoyed it and loved the instructor. I will definitely be back. This class is perfect for anyone who is interested in trying heated workouts.

    Yoga Basics IN PERSON

I really liked the class itself and thought Andromeda did a great job especially at guiding us through the breathwork of each pose, which is something I don’t always know about as a beginner. She also made sure to correct us about the little details of poses, such as feet, hands, etc. The one thing I didn’t like was that basically as soon as the class was over people for the next class immediately came in, which really made me feel rushed to get my mat and things up. This is just a small nitpick though, others may not be bothered by it

It’s great for newbies or experienced students who want to really fine tune and enhance the integrity of their asanas. Her instructions are perfection. She recommends variations to accommodate people of varying strength and agility and shape. She makes yoga so fun. My mood is always improved for having taken her sublime class. Melt & Restore: Slow Yin Yoga

It’s my first time attending Katie’s class & I loved it. She helps with modifications of poses & help you with adjustments if you need any . Also if you are struggling with any of the yin yoga poses she will guide you through it & make you feel comfortable in the pose. Highly recommend her classes 🧘‍♀️🙏
