see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class! The instructor had great energy, kept everyone motivated, and the class flew by. The workout was well paced and engaging from start to finish. My only suggestion would be to offer heavier weights. The heaviest dumbbells available were 20 pounds, which felt a bit limiting for lower body exercises. Other than that, it was a fantastic class, and I’d definitely take it again.

Instructor and community were amazing, I felt so safe and unjudged and encouraged to explore and be curious in my practice. love the studio space, I will say it's a bit warm in there so I'd recommend a mat towel, the mats are also slightly too close together so you might bump knees with your neighbor

see all reviewsStas was great and gave very clear instructions. I liked the format of the class with three different sequences three different ways. It was an intense (though manageable) flow which was obviously made more challenging by the heated environment. see all reviewsClass and instructor were great! I loved the mix of flows and more standalone postures. There was a lot of door slamming and loud conversation from the lobby for the first third of class which was quite distracting—there were times I couldn’t hear the instructor because of it. see all reviewsEmily’s class was probably my BEST class since rejoining ClassPass this past year. I don’t know how but she challenges you, while being stern and gentle at the same time, and she sets the intention so perfectly. She pushes you through it and she also makes clear callouts. This was my first class where I naturally gave it everything I had and cleared everything off my chest to the point where I felt like crying at the end of class (yogis will get that). I felt so accomplished, rewarded and at ease upon leaving. I needed this experience. 100/10!

see all reviewsI'm editing my previous review to clarify what I meant when I said the front desk person was "weird." I meant a weird, unkind energy. I get that people have bad days, but the vibe from the gentleman working was just not okay. I said hi when I put my mat down and got zero response, just an eye roll. Then a student accidentally pushed some mats and shut the door, and he proceeded to huff and puff and roll his eyes again. I’ve worked at multiple studios and know that students should always be treated with respect and kindness. Weird is fine I love weird! but weird, unkind energy isn't. I’ll be back for Monica, but the gentleman working was very unkind and should receive feedback. I will also say the space was beautiful.
