About halfway through class I tend to feel like “Oh god I can’t take this anymore,” and then a few minutes later I feel light and like I’m floating. A wonderful way to end your Monday before bed and begin the week. Also a confidence booster when you can just stare yourself in the eyes in the mirror and marvel at all your body can do.

see all reviewsGood class but too loud! I usually wear earplugs to Pure Barre classes here, but have an ear infection so asked the instructor to keep the music at a moderate level. She did, but then added her instruction loudly over it. Since I can’t wear earplugs, and have sensitive ears due to the infection, the pain from the instruction was too much and I had to leave class half way through.

see all reviewsThe Pilates Playground class is such a unique and fun workout experience! Using the MOTR for a full-body workout and the Bhodi suspension system for core strength and balance challenges, this class keeps me on my toes—literally! Occasionally, the exo chair and other creative props are added, which makes every class feel fresh and exciting. What I love most is how it’s capped at just five people, so the instructor really focuses on each of us, always correcting form, offering encouragement, and keeping things safe while still pushing me to try new moves. This class is the perfect mix of strength, balance, and flexibility training. I always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and surprisingly energized. It’s one of the most creative and engaging Pilates classes I’ve ever taken—I look forward to it every week!
