I was so nervous to go because I thought the heat would be too much. It was the perfect amount of hot. It was beautiful dry heat that lent itself to the perfect conditions for warming up my muscles. The class was SO RELAXING AND ZEN. It was more of a mental workout than anything. I had to try hard to remain focused on being in the moment and pulling myself back when my thoughts ran away. The actual moves were slow and soft. I throughly enjoyed it and loved the instructor. I will definitely be back. This class is perfect for anyone who is interested in trying heated workouts.

    Yoga Basics IN PERSON

I really liked the class itself and thought Andromeda did a great job especially at guiding us through the breathwork of each pose, which is something I don’t always know about as a beginner. She also made sure to correct us about the little details of poses, such as feet, hands, etc. The one thing I didn’t like was that basically as soon as the class was over people for the next class immediately came in, which really made me feel rushed to get my mat and things up. This is just a small nitpick though, others may not be bothered by it

Extremely great energy from this instructor! I’d love for Eric to teach every workout class I take ever!! As a heads up, this is a true HIIT in a sauna class. This is not your typical Hot Yoga Sculpt which tends to incorporate Yoga flow, it’s truly HIIT as described. With that being said, I felt I’d rather be able to do these motions with heavy weights which is unrealistic in the heat. It’s a cool concept and the best energy studio though!!

Did I ask myself multiples time during this class, “Why didn’t you just sleep in on this beautiful Sunday?” Yes. Yes I did. But, when class was over, I deliriously was excited to come back here next Sunday. It’s not classical mat Pilates and is very HIIT/tabata focused, which I loved. Bring a water bottle, towel, and mat. HOT 26

I absolutely loved this class! I am always so sore the day after her class. She always changes her lessons and keeps it challenging and different!Ashley is the best instructor they have! I am so sad that she is leaving!

    Surya Hot Flow

I loved this class. The instructor was very helpful. The room was a perfect temperature: not very hot, but enough to make you sweat. The yoga flow was both challenging and relaxing at the same time :)
