This was my first time taking strength with her and I love the fact that not only does she provide excellent cues, she also demos the exercise for us. The transition is smooth. I would go into it expecting to learn something new and try yoga poses with the silks, but not necessarily expecting a workout class since there’s more instruction to get used to the form. Would recommend!

It’s also always so dark where the weights are stored so I’ve gotten two different weights at time which is annoying. The instructors are always amazing though never had a bad one.

His corrections were thoughtful and helpful, and I felt like I was able to get more out of each pose because of them. I also loved the way he ended the class. While we were lying on our backs relaxing, he went around and sprayed lavender, which was such a calming and thoughtful touch. It made the end of the class feel especially peaceful and restorative. I left feeling so relaxed and would definitely take his class again!
