There are so many wonderful teachers and I have a list of favorites for various purposes. Her classes are so unique and sometimes almost feel a bit like PT and yoga combined. She has a solid understanding of the body and will have you do things youve likely never done before in a yoga class. She loves props and so do I and I always learn something new in her class. She’s calm, soothing, grounding, has an amazing voice and energy and her classes will challenge you in a very unique way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I typically seek the hard core ones not realizing what I needed was Jeri’s class! This class was rhythmic and energetic and self - affirming and even goofy at times but I LOVED EBERY MINUTE OF IT! I also forgot to ask Jeri for her playlist! The cherry on top was the intimate studio situated right next to the beach where you can just feel the fresh beach air seeping through. Great studio.

It definitely felt like a restorative meditation class with ample time focused on breath work rather than a work out based class. Even so, Chris made this class an enjoyable experience as he was very mindful of everyone’s boundaries as he fixed poses for each person. I never realized how important being in the correct pose and alignment can reflect on the inner mentality during yoga, but now I do after this class! The studio was clean and fairly intimate for a small class, but there was a cubby area, bathroom, and a water fountain provided. Parking was not an issue as there was a large lot next door. Class was great and would think about coming back again for a different class in the future.

There is something special about her and about her space. It’s very healing and when you walk in you feel the magic, it’s a really beautiful feeling.
