    Such a great class. I hadn’t boxed in like 5 years and because of that I was definitely the least experienced in the class but didn’t once feel like I was out of my depths. Aaron was supportive, created alternatives for those with less experience, and motivated us to keep going (and supported me when I needed to stop).     Bünda is always a powerful, challenging class and the teacher was fantastic! I haven’t been in a couple months and they have new stairmaster machines. They work fine however I don’t think they are as tall people friendly. The handles you hold onto for support are really low and when you turn to the side on the machine and step that way my knees tend to hit the handlebars. I want to come back but I am going to have to ask for some advice about these new machines
