    I attended this class yesterday, and it was a great experience! Vanessa, the instructor, was incredibly nice, welcoming, and encouraging from the moment I walked in. Throughout the class, I faced some self-limiting thoughts during the more challenging workouts, but Vanessa’s support made all the difference. Her positive energy and encouragement kept me motivated and pushed me to do my best. After the class, she even said goodbye with a warm smile, which left me feeling great about the whole experience. Loved it and can't wait to go back!!

    Very clean, offers towels, very friendly staff! It is strength focused, and during the weekday is fairly empty. Even though open gym, class will share space with open gym. The only downside is that their only cardio machine is the cycling; they say their treadmill isn’t the traditional type, I agree, would consider they have zero treadmill for runners. I appreciated the workout on the screens and it was a welcoming environment. I had trouble with the parking lot, would recc avoiding— this is where the staff thrived— the gym person (Latino, I think his name is Josh) was very nice and kind to help me out with being stuck in the lot.     Fun class with a nice ocean breeze. Michael was awesome. He had good energy, provided clear instructions, and gave us a fun workout with some exercises I’ve never seen before. I took the kettebell + calisthenics class. That workout kicked my butt and I’m sore as I’m typing this, but I needed it. The coach did the exercises with us like a beast as he was teaching it. I’ll be back to check out his boxing class. I’ve passed this gym a bunch of times but this was my first time stopping in. Cool spot with some unique equipment and good training. I’ll be back for sure!

    Zoe’s yoga class is awesome. I’ve been trying classes all over LA and her class is the best I’ve tried. It’s an excellent workout and she’s great at giving adaptations and cuing self adjustments. It’s fast paced enough that you have to stay present through the whole class and she really integrates some lesser used muscle groups in ways I haven’t had in other classes. Highly recommend!

    I’m a big fan of the 1-2 punch of Full Body Blast on Saturday and The Burn on Sunday. Both classes really complement each other. Saturday’s class is more weight lifting and muscle building focused and Sunday is all about cardio. It’s nice to be able to work out two days in a row and have two classes that focus on different muscle groups so you don’t feel too sore. Highly recommend both classes to anyone out there looking for a mini-weekend boot camp vibe.
