    Kloii was fun and upbeat the entire workout! Check your emails that show you what muscle groups will be working in advance. They send them out at the start of each week. There’s also “super strength” pods in the middle if you feel like challenging yourself. They are constantly changing the routines which I appreciate because I love variety!

    I took the alpha performance training class at 9 AM. I’m a beginner and I’m new to working out I intensely. Veronica was nice and accommodating to me! It’s a tough workout, a good sweat! There was lifting involved and cardio. Based off my fitness goals, she recommended I take the leg and core classes or the weightlifting class since I want to gain strength and not lose weight. I would take this class again if I was focusing on cardio.

    This class was hard for me mentally and physically, and I’ll definitely be back. I’ve taken this class a bunch of times, and this was my first time with Maria. I would say she teaches in a very unique and different way. Some teachers talk too much, while she barely talks at all. The quiet took some getting used to for me, and probably in a good way - I was more mentally challenged by all the space..it’s A LOT of time in your own head and holding poses for a long period. For better or for worse haha. I’m excited to join her class again, and now I’ll know what to expect :) her playlist was amazing!!

    Nice location, a little more chill than WeHo. Kept clean, nice locker room, equipment etc. I like the yoga/dance studio here, it’s a bit more private and has FANS. Omg lol. > > 🚗 >>Pro Parking tip: if this is your first time, use the North Garage (turn right at light) entrance right at the AMC, across from In and Out. Hang a left, go all the way to the back corner, you want to park in that area because the elevator is right there. Go to floor 5 and you’re there! and leaving is easier imo than parking on the roof.
